Another glitch?

Did the right side bar move to the bottom? If it did please comment.(Cause it might just be Google chrome or my computer)

***UPDATE! THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN YOUR ON GOOGLE CHROME(Sometimes not)***(It's normal in Mozilla)
