Rockhopper Stuff

There is a note from Rockhopper in the newspaper and it says:Avast me hearties September 19 be a grand day indeed,for it be the perfect time for pirate penguins to appear. Remember to wear ye best pirate attire and most important,talk to ye buddies like a proper sea-fairing penguin.Arr I'll be thinking of ye!
Hmmm I wonder why we have to do those things and Rockhopper hasn't even shown up on the telescope yet.Maybe he's late or he is still getting stuff for the Fall Fair.
